He earned his Bachelor of Science degree from Yonsei University, College of Science, and obtained his MBA from Auburn University in the United States. Steven previously served as Chairman of the Korea Venture Start-up Investment Association and Vice Chairman of the Korea-China Economic Leaders Forum,
where he played a pivotal role in fostering venture investment and strengthening economic cooperation between Korea and China. As Chairman of Energy Solutions Plus, Steven leverages his extensive background in international finance, corporate consulting, and investment advisory to drive sustainable growth and innovation in the clean energy sector. With his strategic insight and global perspective, he leads Energy Solutions Plus toward becoming a key player in the future energy market.

Based on the professional and international knowledge and experience accumulated at Daewoo International, he has the ability to operate organizations smoothly and communicate. In addition, he has excellent capabilities in overseas market analysis and establishment of management strategies, having served as CFO for 9 years in overseas corporations such as Canada and India and as IR Group Leader of POSCO International.
Jae-deuk Lee
President
He has built his career at SK C&C and served as CEO at Forestech Co., Ltd., a water purification specialized environmental company, and Hwado C&C Co., Ltd., a construction and real estate development company. He has carried out automation systems for Korea Electric Power Corporation, facility monitoring systems for Pohang Iron and Steel Company, and various smart city projects.
Yong-hoon Kim

He has demonstrated outstanding capabilities in organizational management and operations while building his career at LG Industrial Systems Elevator and founding and operating Tium Inc., and has specialized knowledge in the renewable energy and IT fields.
Seung-tae Kang

Having demonstrated outstanding capabilities across the entire spectrum of finance, he has built his career by joining Shinhan Bank, serving as Vice President at Cetelem Capital and BNP Paribas Asset Management, and CEO at Hyundai Asset Management and Mason Capital. Afterwards, he served as Vice President at Alchemist Capital Partners and is currently serving as an advisor at Aqlaser Co., Ltd.

After working at Samil Accounting Corporation and Daejoo Accounting Corporation, which are representative accounting firms in Korea, he is currently demonstrating outstanding abilities by participating in numerous Korean M&As as a co-representative accountant at our accounting firm.
Soo-cheol Lee

As a licensed attorney in the Republic of Korea and China, he worked as an advisory attorney at Zhong Lun Law Firm in China and as a senior attorney at Anjie, one of the top three law firms in China, and completed numerous transactions, including the M&A of Barunson E&I. He is currently working as a lawyer specializing in corporate mergers.

He has established a development plan for the Incheon Free Economic Zone for 15 years and has developed a strategy to develop Incheon into an economic hub in Asia. He has also demonstrated outstanding capabilities by participating in various development projects in the U.S. and Korea for over 20 years.

As a restructuring expert, he served as the first chairman of the Incheon Investment Attraction Research Association and the chairman of John REITs in Hong Kong. He is currently the chairman of the Singapore GAP Foundation and the Philippine advisor of ATFX in Hong Kong.
